Did you know that yesterday was National Nap Day? Neither did I!
National Napping Day was founded by a B.U. professor and his wife to encourage Americans to take a daily siesta. (They chose the date because after losing an hour for Daylight Savings Time, everyone is sleepy!) Taking a nap everyday is said to have positive effects on your heart and your brain. These studies show that it is not only good for Baby and Great-Grandma, but for Mama and Dada too!
So do yourself a favor and take a little snooze …… zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
